Eaton's e-Mobility division is currently seeking a General Manager, Power Electronics. **What you’ll do**:
Our e-Mobility segment is currently seeking a General Manager to lead our e-Mobility Power Electronics product line of business. This leader will be responsible for driving the long-term product strategy, as well as key commercial negotiations and the execution (including oversight of operations, supply chain and R&D) of major customer programs.

In this role, you will report to Eaton’s global President of e-Mobility (located in Southfield, Michigan) and have full accountability for ensuring:

- Product strategy and roadmaps remain in line with market demands, yet balanced with the future direction of Eaton’s product portfolio investment decisions.
- Products are engineered to the highest standards of quality excellence.
- Supply chain strategies stay ahead of product demands and that risks to on-time development and manufacturing are not compromised Programs are expertly managed to meet customer expectations: on time, on quality and on budget.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 15 years of combined leadership experience in: Commercial (at least one, ideally both):

- Marketing / offer management / product management (strategic go-to-market mix for product, price, place, promotion, services, solutions).
- Sales / customer experience management (large deals, multiple geographies, businesses, customers, channel, segments).
- Operations or supply chain management (SCM):

- Operations / manufacturing (operational P&L, management of production and salaried workforce, multi-functional leadership of key business drivers: safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity).
- SCM (logistics, purchasing, materials management, sales, inventory, and operations planning (SIOP), sourcing, warehouse management).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in new product development of automotive or transportation based products.
- Profit and loss (P&L) ownership (for group or region president and above roles, experience in multiple groups or industries)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A demonstrated record of delivering results in multiple business contexts (start-up, growth, fix it / turnaround, steady state).
- Leadership experience requiring influence without authority (corporate, functional, sector or other enterprise role).
- Led a large-scale change and delivered results.
- M&A experience (acquisitions, divestitures, JVs, other partnerships) including identification, due diligence, and/or integration.
- Led and developed teams on an increasing scale to successfully execute processes across departments, functions, and sectors Master’s degree in relevant engineering field.
- Leading in both developed and emerging markets (experience working outside of home country highly desired).
- Experience in a leadership role providing multi-site direction to managers and teams working in different locations.
