Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Manager - Factories Logistics is responsible for designing, specifying, and leading the development of logistics processes specific to factory operations within Pernod Ricard's future ERP system. This role focuses on creating a streamlined, efficient, and integrated logistics framework that supports the movement of materials and products within and between factory locations, optimizing internal logistics operations to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions:
- Internal Logistics Process Design: Develop comprehensive logistics processes for factory operations, focusing on material handling, internal transportation, and product movement, ensuring these processes are efficiently mapped within the ERP system.- Specifications for ERP Integration: Define detailed specifications for integrating factory-specific logistics processes into the ERP, including requirements for data capture, process flow, and system functionalities to support logistics operations.- Leadership in ERP Logistics Development: Guide the development and implementation of designed logistics processes within the ERP, collaborating with Tech and ERP experts to ensure seamless integration and operation.- Harmonization Across Factories: Standardize logistics processes across all factory locations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with operational best practices and safety standards.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement teams to align internal logistics processes with production schedules, supply chain requirements, and procurement strategies.

- Master's degree in engineering or business school
- Required 5/7 years of experience.
- Experience in consumer goods industry.
- Extensive experience in Factories Operations & Logistics.
- SAP Savvy is a nice to have.
- English is mandatory. French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatory.
