Mission à Blagnac, 4 jours de présence par semaine
Démarrage prévu en mars, si la personne est disponible avant, ils ne sont pas fermés à un démarrage entre janvier et mars
Le client recherche un profil en pré-embauche ou en CDI
Sous la responsabilité de la Direction Produits, de la discovery et des enjeux stratégiques, jusqu?au delivery en garantissant la valeur livrée aux utilisateurs, vous avez l?ambition de rendre le produit plus performant En étroite collaboration avec les développeurs, les consultants métiers et l?équipe packaging, vous interprétez les besoins des clients, les transformez en fonctionnalités et pilotez le développement itératif de la solution.
**Mais encore, vous devrez**:
Participer à la définition de la Roadmap en collaboration avec les parties prenantes
Coanimer et dynamiser les journées planning trimestriels qui réunissent les équipes produits & Développement
Entretenir une connaissance fine des utilisateurs et de leurs enjeux métiers (webinaires et interview clients)
Analyser la data afin de révéler les usages clés ainsi que les points durs
Définir, alimenter et prioriser le Backlog (Design, Build and Run), en prenant en compte les retours métiers dans une logique itérative
Définir les flow utilisateurs, rédiger les épopées et fonctionnalités
Collaborer efficacement en impact team avec les Dev et QA pour s?assurer que la team soit alignée sur un objectif commun clair et mesurable
Garantir les livrables en participant aux recettes métier et collaborer avec l?équipe packaging et les équipes consultants pour finir le dernier km de mise en place chez les clients
Participer activement au développement de la culture produit

Vous vous identifiez à une majeure partie des points ci-dessous:
De formation Bac+4/5, vous avez au moins 4 ans d?expérience dans le product management d?une solution SaaS (ou une motivation qui compense)
Vous communiquez clairement et synthétiquement à l?écrit comme à l?oral
Vous avez une bonne capacité à analyser des informations complexes et à en faire la synthèse
Vous avez déjà mené des phases de discovery efficaces dans le but de livrer une solution impactantee
Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l?environnement Agile et une bonne compréhension technico-fonctionnelle des enjeux
Rigueur, organisation, empathie client, avec le sens de l?initiative et force de proposition sont autant de qualificatifs qui vous définissent
Enfin, vous êtes enthousiaste, positif, pédagogue et bienveillant, avec un goût pour le travail en équipe et une aisance relationnelle
