**Showroom and Production Intern**
- **Winter Internship (3 Months)**_

**You will partake in, and receive training in the following areas,**
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and plan media projects - we are looking for a forward-thinking, collaborative and vocal Intern
- Assist in the logistics for talent and VIP travel, accommodation, and airport transfers
- Maintain the run sheet as instructed by the Executive Producer, including the contact information and call times for all guest appearances and VIP talent
- Assist in the unboxing, quality checks and fashion styling of product receivables
- Assist VIP talent and influencers with fashion loan requests and styling
- Rehearse your visual merch and styling skills on and offset to produce social media content for the media accounts and in support to the Social Media Manager
- Maintain receipts and basic bookkeeping of expenses for production days with and on behalf of the Executive Producer
- Support the logistics and event planning of the inaugural Fashion ReWeek fashion-tech program

**Ideally the Showroom Intern will have,**
- Some skills or proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for visual composition.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in storyboarding or scriptwriting is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
