Dans le cadre de son projet de transformation, la DSI de Moët Hennessy a mis en place une organisation matricielle, avec la création d'une direction Champagne au service des différentes Maisons de Champagne. Cette équipe se renforce aujourd'hui via un poste de Network Delivery Manager au sein de l'équipe Technologie Opérations Sécurité et Conformité.

Dans un esprit orienté client, ses principales missions sont:

- Assurer un rôle de conseil, d’assistance, d’information, de formation et d’alerte.
- Intervenir directement sur tout ou partie d’un projet qui relève de son domaine d’expertise.
- Piloter les partenaires réalisant le support dans son domaine d'expertise
- Assurer le suivi, le pilotage opérationnel et du reporting de l’activité

**Descriptif du poste**:
Rattaché-e au Head of Technologie Opérations Sécurité et Conformité, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les Directions Métiers et les autres équipes de la Direction IT Champagne. Vous serez également amené à travailler étroitement avec les différentes directions IT centrales, notamment T&O, Sécurité, Gouvernance, Finance et Compliance.

**Vos principales missions sont**:

- **Assurer la proximité terrain** avec les équipes utilisatrices d'infrastructures, i.e., les services IT de la Direction Champagne et l'équipe Informatique Industrielle métier. Vous diagnostiquez les causes de dysfonctionnement et proposez des corrections et des solutions de rechange. Vous informez les équipes des évolutions techniques et formez à l’utilisation des nouveaux systèmes.
- **Construire les solutions techniques nécessaires aux opérationnels** et contribuer aux études pour la définition des systèmes. Vous assistez et conseillez dans la mise en œuvre des solutions techniques. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes mutualisées MH IS&T, vous identifiez des solutions aux enjeux tout en **assurant la cohérence technique des architectures** réseaux/télécoms ainsi que l’optimisation des coûts et de la performance associés. Vous challengez les partenaires sur les technologies proposées et les chiffrages réalisés et effectuez les analyses de risques. Vous vous appuierez au maximum sur les solutions standards définies par les architectes.
- **Piloter la fourniture des services fournis aux opérationnels sur toute la chaine de valeur.** En particulier, vous vous assurez du bon maintien aux conditions opérationnelles et de la résilience des services, ainsi que le capacity planning. Vous supervisez les partenaires réalisant les opérations de support sur votre périmètre d'expertise. Vous proposez et pilotez les indicateurs de performance, tant opérationnelle qu'économique, de l'activité.

- **Proposer des innovations** et sensibiliser à l’apport des technologies en s'appuyant sur une analyse prospective. Vous pilotez une feuille de route d'innovations et la mise en oeuvre de PoC (Proof of Concept). Vous anticipez les nouveaux projets (nouvelles solutions ou évolutions de solutions existantes). Vous proposez des solutions pour améliorer les performances des systèmes.
- **Assurer un rôle d’assistance **aux utilisateurs en période de Vendange, au sein du dispositif IT spécialement mis en place pour cette période exceptionnelle de l'année.

**Description du profil**:
5 années d’expérience, avec une formation supérieure en Informatique (BAC +5), école d'ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire.

Vous êtes doté-e de fortes capacités relationnelles, avec un sens du service client. Vous faites preuve d'esprit de synthèse et d’analyse, avez l'habitude de travailler en organisation matricielle et d'animer de nombreuses parties prenantes. Vous possédez de bonnes bases techniques et fonctionnelles afin de comprendre et challenger les besoins.

Vous avez une forte expertise sur:

- Connaissances des réseaux, Lan, Wan, Wifi, VPN, ainsi que sur des solutions adhérentes (authentification, certificats,...)
- Connaissances en sécurité IT - firewall, filtrage d'accès à internet, segmentation, certificats
- Connaissance des infrastructures "coeur" : DNS, DHCP, Annuaires et authentification, bastion
- Connaissance des systèmes d’exploitation
- Maîtrise des normes et procédures de sécurité, de continuité
- Connaissance de l’entreprise, de ses métiers et de son environnement

Vous disposez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles, d'une excellente communication, de leadership et d'esprit d’équipe.
