AXA IM Alts is a global leader in alternative investments with over €185 billion of assets under management comprising c.€91 billion of primarily private real estate, over €85 billion of private debt and alternative credit, as well as c.€9 billion in Infrastructure and private equity.

**2. Description of the department**
The Leveraged & Private Debt expertise invests and manages c.€10bn of High Yield, Mid Cap and Investment Grade investment portfolios for AXA and third-party investors.
**3. The main responsibilities of the role**
As an intern you will fully contribute to the investment process under the guidance of senior members, including:
- Assisting the team in the screening and selection process of investment opportunities
- Performing industry, business and financial analysis for new transactions
- Building and running cash-flow projection models
- Presenting opportunities during investment committees
- Performing regular monitoring of the performance of existing investments in portfolio

- Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management or Engineering
**_ Experience_**
- Proven interest in corporate finance
- Have a previous experience in M&A, PE, Investment Banking, or Audit
**_ Competencies_**
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure, very thorough mind and capacity for synthesis
- Fluent in English
- Curiosity
