Le Supplier Performance Manager (SPM) est rattaché à la direction de la Supply Chain et est en charge d’assurer la bonne performance (qualité des livrables, délais de livraison, etc.) du panel fournisseurs dont il est responsable.
Il a pour objectif d’intervenir chez le fournisseur pour restaurer au plus vite une situation qui s’est fortement dégradée et pour laquelle un suivi soutenu est requis durant plusieurs semaines ou mois.
VOTRE MISSION
- Établir un premier diagnostic de la situation et de la performance du fournisseur
- Présenter ce diagnostic et la première phase du plan d’actions à la direction du client et du fournisseur
- Faire entériner les moyens matériels et humains à mobiliser et déterminer les principaux jalons et livrables
- Mettre en place le plan d’actions, la feuille de route et les indicateurs associés et assurer une revue mensuelle des livrables avec le fournisseur
- Aider, soutenir le fournisseur et vérifier le bon déroulement du plan d’actions
- Assurer une communication et un reporting régulier avec le client et les fournisseurs
- S’assurer que les actions correctives ou préventives sont définies et planifiées pour éviter toute rechute à court et moyen terme
Profil recherché
Issu(e) d'une formation Bac+5 de type Ingénieur Généraliste, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative d'au moins 2 ans sur une fonction similaire.
Vous présentez des qualités relationnelles, organisationnelles et savez gérer des situations de crise.
Un bon niveau d'anglais est important.
