Videojet recherche un(e) Pharma Tech Support Engineer afin de fournir une expertise technique aux représentants commerciaux, aux revendeurs et aux clients pendant le processus de vente. Il ou elle sera chargée de développer et d'utiliser un ensemble d'outils logiciels afin d’améliorer la précision, l'exhaustivité et la rapidité des devis, des commandes et des modifications de commande. Son rôle est d'apporter une assistance technique pour optimiser le processus de vente et garantir la satisfaction des clients pharmaceutiques.
**Missions**
- Fournir un support technique et dispenser une formation aux clients
- Configurer, assembler, intégrer, tester et entretenir des systèmes et des solutions sur les sites des clients
- Identifier et répondre aux besoins des clients potentiels, mener des enquêtes pré-installation et analyser les exigences
- Rejoindre l'équipe des ingénieurs commerciaux pharmaceutiques lors de réunions avec les clients ou les prospects afin de fournir un support technique
- Soutenir et réaliser des services de validation tels que l’installation/qualification (IQ) et l’opération/qualification (OQ) conformément aux bonnes pratiques de fabrication des automates (GAMP)
- Relire et commenter les spécifications des besoins des utilisateurs
- Déplacements sur les sites clients pour apporter une expertise technique selon les besoins de l’entreprise
- Télétravail le reste du temps
**Compétences** techniques**
- Éducation : Electrotechnique / Electronique / Mécanique
- Expérience : min. 7 ans d'expérience dans une industrie similaire, de préférence dans le domaine pharmaceutique ou OEM.
- Expérience avérée avec des clients pharmaceutiques et/ou OEM.
- Capacité à installer et tester des solutions techniques, même dans des conditions difficiles.
- Connaissance approfondie en documentation technique, validation, outils de base de données et dessins
- Compétences linguistiques: maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
- Compétences informatiques: maîtrise des logiciels de base de données (MS-SQL), des logiciels Internet, Package Microsoft (Word, Excel) et expérience solide dans les logiciels de CAO/FAO (AutoCAD).
