**Our Company**

At Crystalchain, we are at the forefront of creating technological solutions to enhance business practices. We provide a comprehensive view of environmental impact, working with companies of all sizes, from SMEs to CAC40, and representing France in the ISO standardization of blockchain technologies and we develop new tools based on AI. We have established relationships of trust with high-level contacts at registries (puro.earth, Verra), carbon associations (founding member at AFEN in France) and the European Commission on the CRCF.

**The Role**

Crystalchain is seeking an account executive for our product CrystalTrade to scale the revenue of this new product. You achieve this by:

- Taking ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to close and beyond for project developers using our SaaS dMRV platform.
- Assuming responsibility for the sale of carbon credits to our corporate buyers.
- Engaging with prospective customers, future credit buyers, to comprehend their sustainability strategy and carbon credit requirements.
- Maintaining and managing the customer pipeline in our CRM platform.
- Attending conferences and traveling as necessary to meet with prospective and current clients.

**Your Profile**
- 5+ years of Enterprise Saas Sales/Business Development experience with complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- A background in communicating with and creating value for Sustainability executives, with an understanding of the drivers behind corporate climate action.
- A quickly adaptable mindset to changing priorities in an evolving business environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to executives
- A nice to have : experience in the voluntary carbon market.
- You have strong communication, analytical, and listening skills, with a positive approach.
