**Description du poste**:
As PMO Engineer, you'll be part of the Project Management department and will undertake the following activities:

- Lead specific works relative to the improvement of Project Management standards (e.g.: setup new company-wide Sample Management organisation, alignment with all stakeholders of ACC to improve the list of deliverables required at milestones).
- Improvement and creation of Project Management Toolset (Open action list, Risk Management Plan, Lessons Learned, Deliverables list in PLM, Standard presentation,).
- Perform and maintain the Project Management training offer within the company.
- Support Project Governance tasks.

**Profil recherché**:
Engineering or Business degree
- 5 years in project management operations in relevant industry (automotive, battery industry )
- Proficiency in Project Management methods
- Proficiency in planning methods such as PERT and GANT
- Proficiency in Microsoft software as well as the ability to learn how to use project management tools
- Knowledge of various tools, such as ERP (SAP or Oracle) or a ticketing tool (JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent command of the Office pack, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience resolving problems using structured approaches and problem-solving tools
- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou d’école de commerce_
- 2-5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets dans un secteur d'activité pertinent (automobile, industrie des batteries...)_
- _Maîtrise des méthodes de gestion de projet_
- _Maîtrise des méthodes de planification telles que PERT et GANT_
- _Maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft et capacité à apprendre à utiliser les outils de gestion de projet._
- _Connaissance de divers outils, tels qu'un ERP (SAP ou Oracle) ou un outil de ticketing (JIRA, Confluence)_
- _Excellente maîtrise du pack Office, en particulier d'Excel et de PowerPoint_
- _Expérience de la résolution de problèmes à l'aide d'approches structurées et d'outils de résolution de problèmes_
