**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We’re looking for a skilled IT Specialist to join our dynamic team in Paris As part of our Engineering team, your role will be to support our daily operations from an IT perspective. It is an opportunity to have a strong impact in our daily life at Greenly and to collaborate with a wide variety of team members. The missions and responsibilities of this position include:
- **Computer Support**: Help our teams with their device (e.g, new software to install, new configuration to deploy, help out employees) ️
- **Inventory Management**: Manage devices (keep the hardware inventory up to date, reset laptops), handle onboarding/offboarding tasks such as setting up the operating system, maintain the relationship with our partner for device repairs or replacements, and ensure all equipment is tracked and accounted for ️
- **SSO/SAML Setup & Management**: Deploy our identity provider across all tools and manage any issues. You’ll be the go-to expert for maximizing its potential
- **Password manager**: Be the point of contact for access password manager issues
- **Manage our collaboration tools**: Manage access rights, documents, and keep everything organized in our digital spaces ️
- **IT Process Improvement**: Identify, improve, and automate our IT support processes to streamline efficiency
- **Compliance & Monitoring SOC 2**: Ensure all tasks (onboarding, offboarding, etc.) related to our monitoring SOC 2 tool are completed on time
- **Process basic incidents**: Manage the entire process for the basic incidents to our IT assets
- **IT procedures & Process **:Creation/updating of our procedures/processes
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with Cyber Security and Office Management teams to prioritize and ensure compliance with SOC2 and ISO27001
**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES NEEDED TO SUCCEED**

- Experience managing IT assets with MacOS and cloud tools
- Good understanding of the network (e.g, firewall configuration, VPN, DNS)
- Ability to write basic scripts using languages such as bash
- Ability to manage different inventories and keep them up to date
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and automation
- Ability to meet SLAs and work on multiple projects in parallel
- Ability to report work completed clearly and concisely
- Ability to prioritize and work collaboratively across departments Fluency in English is a must, French is highly appreciated.
