We are looking for a talented social media manager to develop, maintain and monitor Euronext’s brand presence on social media channels to be based in Paris. Your role will be to design and implement online corporate strategy and marketing campaigns, and develop our new growth initiatives on social media.

You will be part of the communications team, with specific responsibility for helping the management of the firm’s social media channels. In order to be successful in this position you will need to have excellent storytelling ability, creativity, copywriting, organizational and coordination skills, hands-on approach with a flair for working with multiple internal stakeholders. You will interact with a large number of employees. This position is exposed to top management and can generate interesting career opportunities.

Key Accountabilities

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Euronext’s social media strategy with the aim of increasing brand awareness and stakeholders engagement to support the company’s business initiatives
- Analyse the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and create quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments and social media posts
- Drive employee engagement and ambassadorship
- Actively contribute to the group-wide editorial content strategy (social, web, internal, media)
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original texts, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform (mainly LinkedIn and Twitter) to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Coordinate the creation of visuals and videos with an external agency, while ensuring consistency with our visual identity and create/adjust basic visual elements
- Act as an expert for marketing teams who are planning social content campaigns (paid and organic), consulting with them on the most effective channels and methods of achieving their objectives
- Be the key contact point for Business Marketing teams and coordinate their social media needs
- Measure and report performance, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Continuously improve content by capturing, analyzing and sharing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices
- Evaluate emerging technologies and digital marketing trends. Implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns
- Enhance ESG social media communication for the Group, to fulfill our purpose to shape capital markets for future generations

Key Performance Indicators
- The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, grow the Euronext communities, generate website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
- Engagement, reach and traffic KPI’s will allow to closely monitor progress

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- English native speaker (preferred) or professional proficiency in English with excellent copywriting, proofreading and editing skills.
- 5-7 years of similar experience in a B-to-B environment
- Very strong organizational skills and attention for detail
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
- Interest in the financial industry. Able to rapidly develop and maintain a good understanding of the stock exchange business
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Very strong analytical and data visualization skills, detail oriented and accurate
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and online marketing
- Positive attitude, customer oriented with good multitasking ability
- Ability to work in a matrix organization, in a very international environment
- Various possibilities of evolution within the Communications team and the Group
