**What you'll do**:
- Doctolib is looking for a People Strategy Senior Manager to support the steering of Doctolib's organizational and people strategy._
- As part of the Doctolib Leadership and People Leadership Team, you will be a key contributor to the strategic decisions for Doctolib globally in all people and organizational strategic and operational decisions._
**What will be your missions?**:
**Strategic Alignment & Execution**
- Lead the integration of annual and quarterly strategic planning, including roadmap creation, budgeting, and resource prioritization for the People organization.
- Build Monthly Business Reviews ('People Strategic Reviews') to highlight progress and ensure accountability across executive leadership.
- Enhance decision-making, collaboration, and alignment with key departments.
**Program & Special Projects Leadership**:
- Direct key cross-functional People programs and spearhead multiple special projects requiring broad company collaboration.
- Ensure strategic initiatives align with organizational goals and deliver impactful outcomes.
- Develop and execute a communication plan for the people strategy, engaging stakeholders and ensuring alignment across the company.
**People Analytics Leadership**:
- Establish and lead the People Analytics team to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
- Implement and maintain metrics, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Infuse a data-driven culture across the organization
**People Team Operational Rhythm, OKR Management and Organization**:
- Manage the operational rhythm of the People team, incorporating strategic planning, communication, goal setting, and tracking.
- Oversee Objective and Key Results (OKR) planning and communication, ensuring progress is clearly tracked and aligned with organizational goals.
