Dans le cadre du développement de notre client, spécialisée dans la négoce de matières premières situé à Courbevoie (92).
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un coordinateur service client H/F en CDI:
**Vos missions**:
- Valider et enregistrer les commandes clients.
- Analyser les stocks et effectuer les allocations de matière.
- Gérer les commandes clients de bout en bout (enregistrement, revue délais, B/L, liasse documentaire,).
- Tenir informé son client du statut et de l’évolution de ses commandes.
- Effectuer la facturation et le suivi des paiements clients.
- Analyser et traiter les dysfonctionnements et litiges avec ses interlocuteurs internes et externes.
- Remonter les dysfonctionnements non gérables à son niveau ou pouvant impacter d’autres fournisseurs/clients hors de son périmètre.
- Participer aux routines de management de son service.
- Participer à des projets d’innovation et d’amélioration continue
**Votre profil**:
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et informatiques
- Connaissances des éléments d’une Supply-Chain et en particulier du Commerce International
- Formation initiale : Bac +2/+3 en gestion, commerce et/ou logistique
Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI
Salaire : 30 000,00€ à 33 000,00€ par an
