Le poste

Le rôle du/de la Responsable Opérations Commerciales rôle sera d’optimiser la performance commerciale en améliorant l’existant et en implémentant de nouvelles pratiques.

Vous serez responsable d’une équipe de 2 personnes et vous travaillerez sous l’influence de la Responsable du Revenu Opérationnel (Rev'Ops).

Les missions du Sales Operations Manager sont les suivantes:
Pilotage commerciale:

- Proposer le plan stratégique annuel par équipe et des révisions trimestrielles
- Mettre en place et piloter les dashboards facilitant le suivi commercial des sales
- Participer à l’amélioration de la prévisibilité des sales forecast hebomadaires
- Accompagner le Directeur commercial dans le suivi des coûts de la direction commerciale
- Mettre en place des dashboard permettant d’évaluer la qualité des données présentes dans le CRM
- Diffuser et animer les outils de pilotage, en relation avec la responsable des Rev’Ops
- Point de contact privilégié de l’équipe finance dans les processus de reporting / forecasting
- Point de contact privilégié à l’échelle de l’entreprise pour les analyses sales

Amélioration continue du process de vente:

- S’assurer du respect du process de vente
- Aider l’équipe sales à garantir la qualité des données présentes dans le CRM et de la correcte implémentation des processus de vente
- Accompagner les équipes commerciales pour assurer une utilisation optimale du CRM
- Identifier et prioriser les évolutions souhaitées du CRM pour améliorer l’efficacité commerciale
- Optimiser et rationaliser des processus d’automatisation afin de décupler la performance commerciale
- Mettre en place une veille sur les méthodologies et outils de vente
- Réaliser les projets confiés par le responsable des Rev’Ops

Target setting et compensation plan:

- Définir les objectifs des commerciaux
- Participer à l’élaboration des plans d’incentives
- Suivre la performance des plans d’incentives
