**Job Description Summary**: Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications Operational Excellence, EMEA, the Content Marketing Specialist executes content strategies and leads content management projects in line with the marketing communication strategies.

**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Work closely with project teams and external partners to create appropriate and innovative content.
- Manage the production of content related to omnichannel plans.
- Work with key people in the EMEA teams to define and implement a content strategy for the respective business units.
- Create diverse content formats according to identified strategies.
- Adapt content to distribution channels (digital and non-digital).
- Actively monitor content marketing trends.
- Collaborate with department members and other teams at BD.
- Analyze and optimize content according to their performance.
- Collaborate with peers and managers on initiatives to make department activities more efficient and effective.
- Promote standards and support the establishment of standard operating procedures for content management.
**About you**:
- Advanced university degree (master’s or equivalent) in marketing or communications, preferably in a multicultural environment
- Proven experience in content writing
- Expertise in content marketing and SEO
- Portfolio of professional publications or writings
- English as first language
- Advanced understanding of the digital ecosystem
- Advanced project management skills
