Dans ce contexte, nous recrutons un:
**RESPONSIBLE ADJOINT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALCOOL & BIOETHANOL H/F/N**

**Sous la responsabilité du Customer Service Manager**, vos missions seront les suivantes:
Exécution des contrats d’achats et de ventes via la gestion des commandes clients jusqu’à la facturation et de son suivi opérationnel avec les clients pour l’activité alcool & bioéthanol
- Réception, récupération et traitement des commandes clients
- Création de commandes d’achat sur contrat pour les fournisseurs externes + gestion des commandes clients associées
- Gestion des retours produits
- Traitement de la facturation et des litiges

Interlocuteurs auprès des clients pour le suivi opérationnel des exécutions et les sujets relatifs aux livraisons, commandes et facturations

Préparation et participation à des revues de performance clients

Management d’une équipe de 6 personnes.

**Votre profil**:
Formation supérieure équivalente Bac +3
- 5 à 10 ans d’expériences significatives
- **Maitrise de l’anglais**:

- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, structuré, qualités de rigueur et d’organisation
- Force de propositions et de recommandations
- Intégrité, transparence et esprit d’équipe en rapport avec les valeurs de Cristalco.
- Maitrise **de SAP SD / MM et des outils informatiques (Excel)**:

- Management d’équipe et bon relationnel avec les interlocuteurs externes et internes
- Connaissance de la règlementation douanière.
- Une expertise en matière d’accises serait un plus
- Une expérience précédente dans un service client / adv serait un plus.

**Le poste est basé à Paris 16ème.**
