**Airbus Helicopters **is looking for a **Front-end developer transforming UX Design to operational Human Machine Interface (f/m) **to join our Research and Innovation Department based in **Marignane **, France.
As part of the team, you will be involved in:
- Participate to the UX design process, challenging the proposed design helping to converge to an operational result.
- Translate UX design into operational/interactive Human Machine Interface SW.
- Design and develop logics and algorithms needed to interface properly with the other systems.
- Be passionate about innovation and motivated to transform emerging technologies into breakthrough products

**Your challenges**:
- Participate to define challenging but achievable targets (use cases) where the human-machine interface remains essential to enable the crew to monitor and interact with the systems.
- Understand and implement the UX strategy, participating to and challenging the design/validation processes.
- Autonomously design and develop modules and functional blocks compatible with onboard systems.
- Interface with other software teams (adapting to other software development methods/environments).
- Ensure consistency throughout the prototype production cycle.
Main interfaces
- Direct report to technical Team leader,
- Manage External partners or suppliers,
- Interact with internal relevant stakeholders,
**Your Boarding Pass (Required skills)**:
- Strong experience and skills in translating UX design into operational SW, (Evidence of skills / demonstration of participation and results on illustrative achievements on previous projects requested)
- Ability to understand the finality of human machine interface,
- Ability to understand the targeted use cases and to define the way to achieve and answer the best the objectives,
- Strong experience with Figma and Design System.
- Mastering Environment and languages: Linux, C++, Lua, Python, MathLab/SimuLink, Git,
- Mastering “RUPTURE” (AH HMI tool) will be a plus.
- Experience on Agile development methods,
- Sharing the values of engagement, transparency, courage, humility
- Motivated and engaged, with ability to handle various topics autonomously,
- Team player, with ability/flexibility to work in a collaborative way (daily interaction).
- Negotiation level in English
- This position will require business travel
