**STRATEGY**

Be an active member of the Red Bull management team participating and leading cross company initiatives where required.

As a member of the senior operations team contribute and proactively champion the operations mission statement and dashboard.

Work with the Operations Manager to design and implement the optimum operational platform ensuring continuous review and flexibility to react to market forces both globally and locally.

Ensure continual awareness of industry best practices and potential future initiatives to challenge the status quo and provide solutions to improve the overall working of the supply chain team but also the wider operations department.

**PEOPLE**

Motivate, train, and develop a team of 4 direct reports ensuring full use of the Red Bull people tools.

Facilitate communication with all Red Bull stakeholders (internal, external & HQ) to understand their needs and support them in the most efficient way for the company.

**PROCESS**

Manage the Supply chain with the immediate objectives of transparency, flexibility, sustainability, and efficiency with an End-to-End approach.

Ensure supply to the market with top quality products (finished goods and visibility items) and service that reflects the premium brand of Red Bull fostering a never out of stock policy.

Standardise and streamline processes according to global standards making sure that the team works with transparent, efficient, and effective processes.

Responsible for the Sales & Operations Planning Process to ensure that global standards are adopted across the organisation for finished goods and VISIT by fostering planning excellence with demand drivers approach, statistical forecasts and customers insights.

Responsible for ensuring that the order to cash process for finished goods and VISIT is executed following HQ guidelines.

Responsible for ensuring a strong collaboration with our customers within an End-to-End approach (forecasts, logistics contracts, litigations, orders behavior, stocks and on-shelf availability).

Responsible in conjunction with the Logistics Manger in preparing the distribution budget and monitoring all costs occurring in the operational area.

Review and implement cost saving initiatives and external benchmarking to ensure appropriate cost structures are in place.

Provides objectivity during regular portfolio reviews and ensure that new product introductions have a robust business case. Ensure that phase outs are managed effectively.

Effective and efficient management of local service providers, including the responsibility of defining and adjusting related SLA´s to adapt them to the constant changes of business requirements. This includes constructive feedback to HQ for service providers managed centrally with impact in local organization.

Ensure and support the quality standards defined through Red Bull HQ Quality are implemented and executed in the local organisation. Strengthen the quality awareness within local organization in supporting with regular quality onsite audits (warehouse), reviews (quality KPI´s) and training.

Accountable for the up-to-date and accuracy of data in the relevant Red Bull systems - SAP/MDG/CPM/IBP.

Generate value throughout the Supply Chain by fostering digitalization and data analytics.

**KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES**

Ownership, leadership, and contribution to the business on all operational topics, both locally and at an HQ level.

Strong reliability on forecast & bias accuracy and a never out of stock policy.

Synchronized volumes of Demand & Supply, bearing in mind the “total cost to serve”.

Structured route to market design with the capability to adapt to market changes recognizing external risks & opportunities.

Effective and Efficient Portfolio considering the Product Lifecycles and Corporate Guidelines.

Appropriated service providers structures according to country specifics.

Our customers are integrated as an active part of the value chain, fostering Customer Satisfaction and Customer Collaboration.

Continuous improvement of processes and systems in all levels of responsibility of Operations.

Strong, competent, and motivated Operations team. Prepare Succession planning for the team and have future outlooks on development. Stand-in concepts in place to ensure Operations Excellence without any disruption in case of changes.

Central point of communication towards Quality topics and Top-quality mindset which is reflected along the supply chain, our products and services, processes, and team (trained and responsible people in place/local organization).
