As the **Maintenance Manager**, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and colleagues.
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the hotel's maintenance department.
You will work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure the physical assets of the hotel are well-maintained and in optimal condition.
Your primary goal will be to ensure that the hotel's infrastructure, systems, and equipment are functioning efficiently and effectively.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong **technical knowledge **of building systems, mechanical equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Familiarity with **computerised maintenance management systems** (CMMS) and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations pertaining to hotel operations.
