**Pourquoi a-t-on besoin de vous ?**
Vous intégrez l’équipe Europe basée au Siège de Saint-Gobain. En tant que Global Portfolio Manager
- Vous** **structurez et maintenez une vision toujours exacte du portefeuille NOVA incluant les différents indicateurs financiers des startups,
- Vous définissez les outils permettant de mettre en place ce suivi, et travaillez avec les équipe finance du groupe.
- Vous définissez, et participez à la mise en place en collaboration avec l’équipe, du processus post-investissement,
- Vous participez activement à tous les investissements en contribuant à la définition des KPIs non financiers de suivi de la collaboration,
- Vous assurez un suivi régulier de l’avancement des partenariats entre les startups NOVA et les business sponsors,
- Vous participez au développement de la collaboration entre les startups NOVA et les business de Saint-Gobain
- D’autres projets de structuration des processus pourront vous être confiés, tels que les due diligence, des activités des fonds d’investissement dans lesquelles nous sommes LP, etc.
**Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?** Niveau d’expérience**:
Titulaire d'un Bac+5, vous bénéficiez de 5 ans d’expérience minimum. Une expérience dans le Conseil, en Investissement ou dans les fonctions Finance est préférable.
**Compétences requises**:
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre esprit analytique.
- Vous maîtrisez le pack office et en particulier Excel.
- Vous avez une appétence pour le travail en équipe et traiter des sujets variés.

NOVA est l’équipe de Saint-Gobain chargée d’identifier et d’évaluer des startups présentant un intérêt stratégique pour le groupe afin de faciliter des collaborations et réaliser des prises de participations minoritaires. L’équipe d’une quinzaine de personnes, répartie entre les Etats-Unis, l’Europe et l’Asie, est active sur différentes thématiques d’innovation (Technologies de la construction, Economie circulaire, Solutions digitales pour la construction et l’industrie, Mobilité électrique, Transition énergétique) et a réalisé aujourd’hui plus d’une cinquantaine d’investissements.
