**Position Summary**
Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Retail Media and eCommerce de REPRISE au sein du groupe IPG Mediabrands, vous aurez pour mission principale d'assister à la gestion des campagnes Commerce des clients de Mediabrands et à la définition de l’offre E-Commerce Reprise au sein du goupe IPG Mediabrands France.
REPRISE déploie un modèle d’agence conseil désilotée, avec un collectif de talents qui savent créer des synergies entre les leviers de la performance.
Ainsi, à terme le Performance Executive Retail media and eCommerce Expert sera force de proposition sur la mise en place de stratégie de marketing à la performance et E-Commerce avec une vision 360 de l’ensemble des leviers, et en étant garant d’une connaissance pointue des outils du retail media.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Responsablités Clés**:
Entretien d’une collaboration optimale avec les principales plateformes E-Retail du marché marketplace (Amazon, Cdiscount ), Drive (Consoregie, Infinity ) et Retail (Criteo, Retailink ).
La participation aux appels d’offre du Groupe et le développement du portefeuille clients de REPRISE sur l’ensemble des expertises liées au Commerce
L’audit et la définition de la stratégie E-Commerce de vos clients, dans une optique multicanale via les leviers digitaux suivants (E-Retail, SEA, Social Media Paid, SEO, Affiliation).
Réponse aux briefs, mise en place de campagnes, suivi, optimisations et recommandations auprès des clients
Être le point de contact privilégié des comptes dont vous aurez la responsabilité
Accompagnement à l'évangélisation de la pratique E-Commerce au sein du Groupe
La veille sur l’innovation en marketing E-Commerce et l’initiation de tests de nouvelles solutions régies ou data
Vous diffusez votre savoir aux autres consultants, vous les aidez dans la formalisation des recommandations, et vous êtes vous-même mentoré par d’autres consultants, pour monter en puissance sur l’ensemble des leviers d’acquisition.
**Desired Skills & Experience**
**Expériences & compétences souhaitées**:
Master école de Commerce ou Communication, avec un intérêt pour le e-commerce et/ou le trade marketing. Vous avez une experience d'au moins 2 ans sur le meme poste.
Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, de curiosité et de rigueur.
Vous êtes doté(e) d’un bon sens relationnel et à l’aise avec les outils et les plateformes digitales
**Vous faites la différence si**:
- Vous avez déjà une experience sur les outils Amazon ads
- Vous avez déjà une expérience en achat d’espace retail media
- Vous avez déjà eu une expérience en Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, Category management ou e-commerce
**Compétence Informatique**:
- Agile sur Excel (TCD, macros)
- A l’aise sur Powerpoint (présentations et recommandations)
**Langues**:
- Anglais : B2 (minimum et indispensable)
- Français : Courant
Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous avez de bonnes qualités relationnelles, êtes autonome, rigoureux(se), pro-actif(ve). Vous faites preuve d'une bonne capacité d'analyse.
