- Le Directeur-rice de Marché fait partie de la fonction Customer & Markets et rapporte hiérarchiquement au Chief Regional Officer. Au niveau de cadre dirigeant, est responsable de piloter, superviser et garantir la bonne performance du marché des pays sous sa responsabilité, conformément aux stratégies du Groupe, en améliorant l'efficacité, en augmentant les marges et le chiffre d'affaires, tout en gérant l'ensemble des opérations du marché. Il doit également veiller à l'adoption et à la conformité aux règles de gouvernance et de conformité du Groupe.- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Mettre en œuvre la stratégie et la gouvernance du Groupe, superviser et garantir la bonne exécution des activités du marché conformément aux stratégies et à la gouvernance du Groupe, en maximisant le chiffre d'affaires et les marges ;

- REQUIREMENTS- MSc/MA en Gestion d'Entreprise/Économie ou domaine connexe
- Expérience avérée dans des postes de direction, notamment en tant que Directeur Général ou poste exécutif similaire (équipe pluridisciplinaire, gestion du P&L, etc.)
- Expérience significative au sein d'un groupe multinational/international
- Anglais courant écrit et parlé
- Compréhension stratégique des processus et fonctions commerciales
- Forte capacité d'analyse et compétences financières
- Excellente compréhension des contrats légaux et connaissance des obstacles réglementaires en fonction de la géographie et du produit
- Connaissance des partenaires stratégiques dans les secteurs de référence et des tendances du marché est un plus
- Capacité à prospérer dans un environnement en constante évolution, à l'aise avec l'ambiguïté, résilient et ingénieux, professionnel averti engagé à trouver des solutions et à avoir un impact.
