Mission:
**En tant que Tender Manager H/F, vos missions se regroupe autour de 4 volets**:
- Réaliser les offres selon les process définis par l'organisation de la société:
- Analyser le cahier des charges du client,
- Participer à des actions de prescription ou de négociation aussi bien à la demande du front office (FO) qu'à la propre initiative du tendering engineer, effectuer du chiffrage,
- Répondre à des projets de complexité jusqu'au niveau B (projets complexité techniques et commerciales moyennes) et niveau A avec délégation du Manager,
- Gérer les client VIP gold,
- Développer le portefeuille business avec les FO et en assurer le suivi,
- Sélectionner et présenter les dossiers clés (projets ciblés en termes de stratégie ou de chiffre d'affaires) au comité de direction du site.
- Transmettre la commande au Project Manager (PM) selon les règles du processus d'obtention et de traitement des commandes (POTC).
- Contribuer à la satisfaction de nos clients et à l'image de marque.
- Animer la formation des front offices sur les outils de chiffrage et sur les produits
Profil:
**Diplômé d'un Bac +5 minimum de types diplôme d'Ingénieur en électrotechnique,**
**vous possédez au moins 3 ans d'expérience sur le marché de l'électrotechnique**.
** Le poste est également ouvert aux titulaires d'un**
**Bac +2 minimum en électrotechnique avec une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans.**
**Bon communicant**, vous êtes capable de
**travailler en équipe** et de
**partager vos connaissance**s. Curieux, vous avez une
**bonne capacité d'adaptation** et êtes
**à l'aise avec les outils du numérique**. Vous avez une
**connaissance du réseau moyenne tension et une compétence dans le commerce international.**
La
**maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable** pour occuper le poste.
