L’**hôtel Acanthe **recherche son/sa **Chief Operating Officer (COO)** qui sera à la direction de l’hôtel avec deux autres Officers : Chief Marketing Officer et le Chief Sales Officer. Vous êtes **mélomane** ?
Tant mieux puisque vous serez le chef d’orchestre de l’hôtel en étant responsable des **opérations.** En d’autres termes, vous **contrôlez**, **organisez** et **coordonnez** les opérations de l’hôtel en étant garant du bon déroulement du séjour du client.

**Personnel**
Le choix d’adopter la méthode du** lean management **fait partie intégrante du modèle Oversight appliqué au sein de l’hôtel. **L’accessibilité** permanente aux **informations**, la **montée en compétences** ainsi que le **bien être au travail**, seront des **leviers** dans le but de **:créer des liens** entre les **services** et **nourrir** un esprit **collectif.**
Ces éléments feront grandement partie des éléments que le **COO** devra partager à ses **équipes**.
- Gérer les activités quotidiennes, **planifier** et **attribuer** les tâches en veillant à toujours disposer d’un effectif suffisant
- Former vos **collaborateurs** pour vous assurer qu’ils sont en conformité avec les standards de l’hôtel
- Privilégier le **développement** et la **communication** des stratégies et objectifs des services
**Finances**
- Gérer **l'emploi du temps du personnel** en fonction de l'occupation des chambres et des demandes client
- ** Contrôler** et **signaler les écarts de budget,** contrôler les **coûts** de main-d’œuvre et autres dépenses
- Gestion des **stocks et approvisionnement** (matières premières et autres fournitures)

- Garantir un **environnement** sûr pour les **clients**, les membres de l’équipe et les biens de l’hôtel.
- Se conformer aux lois nationales et locales en matière **d'hygiène**, de **sécurité** et de **consommation d’alcool**.
