**Description du poste**
Nous recherchons notre responsable de réception et réservation pour l'ouverture de notre deuxième hôtel Motel One à Paris Porte de Versailles** (346 chambres).
De leur réservation à leur départ, vous et votre équipe traitez nos clients avec un grand professionnalisme et leur satisfaction est une priorité absolue. Vous serez responsable de la coordination et de la gestion du service de la réception et des réservations, mais également de:
- L’accueil des clients ainsi que la saisie et la gestion des réservations, des surréservations et des options
- La réalisation des plannings et la gestion des congés
- Le contrôle des coûts et du budget hébergement
- La mise en œuvre et le maintien du système interne de gestion du suivi de la qualité de Motel One
- La gestion de l’encadrement interne et des formations polyvalentes ainsi que la mise en place de formations pour les collaborateurs et collaboratrices de la réception et des réservations
**Qualifications**
Vous avez une personnalité charismatique et vous possédez le sens de l’accueil ? Alors nous avons hâte de vous accueillir Car c’est ce qui compte le plus pour nous. Conditions requises:
- Posséder une expérience professionnelle en hôtellerie dans un poste similaire précedemment et avoir déjà encadré des équipes en tant que manager.
- Ce serait un plus si vous avez déjà fait une expérience dans un établissement gros porteur, si vous avez participé à l'ouverture d'un hôtel auparavant et/ ou si vous avez déjà une expérience avec le marché des congrès
- Avoir un intérêt pour l’encadrement, une précédente expérience en management est un plus
- S’engager à offrir des prestations de qualité, démontrer des aptitudes en matière d’accueil et nourrir une passion pour le secteur hôtelier
- Faire preuve d’ouverture d’esprit et posséder de bonnes compétences en communication. Une présentation soignée et la maîtrise de l’anglais (à l’écrit et à l’oral) sont également obligatoires
- Cultiver un esprit d’équipe et prêter main-forte à différents services en cas de besoin, car c’est de cette manière que nous atteignons nos objectifs
