**Your mission**:
You will also be in charge of providing enterprise-level support to users of Qubit Pharmaceuticals Drug Discovery platform, Atlas. You will be in direct contact with our users to help diagnose and troubleshoot platform problems and make sure the issues are tracked and solved in time. You will also be in direct contact with the Atlas development team to transfer and highlight the real problems and limitations of the platform. Your role will be key to the success and improvement of the Atlas platform.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Your responsibilities will be to:

- Design, hand-in-hand with internal users, complex computational chemistry workflows on Atlas.
- Gather Atlas users' needs and transcript them to clear specifications.
- Implement users’ specifications in Atlas and maintain them based on users’ usage and feedback.
- Be reactive by supporting Atlas users on a daily basis.
- Participate in making Atlas evolve with new ideas and perspectives.

**Skills and experiences we are looking for**:

- Knowledge in Molecular Modeling and Computational Chemistry domains is important.
- Experience with at least several well-known computational chemistry tools/packages such as Autodock, RDKit, OpenBabel, Pymol, VMD, Seesar, MOE, Chemaxon, Chimera, LigandScout, Meeko.
- Experience in an object-oriented programming language (C++, Python, Ruby etc) is highly recommended with good programming practices.
- DevOps knowledge especially CI/CD workflows is recommended.
- Familiarity with dockerization (docker and singularity) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proven collaborators, good communicators, attentive to details, and eager to learn.
