**Automotive** est un secteur prioritaire pour le groupe Capgemini. Il mobilise environ 7500 collaborateurs et implique près de 1500 experts à travers le monde. Nous travaillons pour la plupart des constructeurs et équipementiers sur l’ensemble de leur chaine de valeur, de l’ingénierie au commerce & marketing. Le groupe est actif avec la publication régulière d’études de référence sur les enjeux des services connectés, l’évolution de la distribution automobile, l’avenir des véhicules autonomes, la mobilité etc.

Nous recherchons actuellement à renforcer notre équipe de leaders experts de ce qu’on appelle l’Industrie Intelligente afin d’accompagner son développement dynamique.

**Vos missions**:
Intégrez notre équipe **Automotive** pour participer à des projets de la transformation numérique de bout-en-bout, de la définition de la stratégie jusqu’à la mise en œuvre dans les opérations, avec la data comme réacteur et une démarche de co-construction permanente orientée résultats, principalement dans le domaine de l’engineering et des opérations.

Vous travaillerez sur les problématiques liées aux enjeux du secteur dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : vente & marketing, ingénierie, manufacturing, supply chain, services (captives de financement, assurance,), IT Stratégie, softwarisation, Data.

Vous accompagnerez vos clients dans l’activation de l’ensemble des leviers à leur disposition pour améliorer leur compétitivité.

**Votre rôle s’articule autour des enjeux suivants**:
**Business Développement** : développer une partie du business au sein de Capgemini Invent en ayant le rôle de leader dans votre domaine, à la fois auprès des clients et de vos collègues. Développer une plateforme business sur laquelle vous générez un important volume d’affaires et / ou de valeur par acquisition de comptes ou par foisonnement au sein de comptes existants avec le support de l’ensemble des équipes du cabinet.

**People Management** : contribuer au développement des collaborateurs. En tant que Talent Leader, accompagner des consultants dans leur développement professionnel tout au long de leur carrière chez Capgemini Invent.

**Delivery**: conduire de larges projets / programmes qui impliquent l’ensemble des entités du Groupe Capgemini (experts technologiques, data, designers) afin de proposer les meilleures solutions aux clients.

**Innovation** : développer un asset pour la réussite de larges projets, être un appui au développement de réflexions innovantes sur les nouveaux Business modèles / services / assets. Vous contribuez au marketing et à la visibilité de la marque Invent grâce à vos publications (blogs, posts...) et interventions.

**Votre profil**:

- Diplôme en Commerce, Ingénierie, ou Université avec intérêt pour transformation d'entreprise et innovation digitale.
- 10+ ans d'expérience dans les deux domaines : industrie (à des postes de direction industrielle) et le conseil en organisation, stratégie et transformation.
- Forte expertise sectorielle et connaissance des problématiques d’ingénierie du secteur.
- Français et anglais courant, mobile, curieux, et adaptable.
