Résumé de la position
Le Brand Specialist est responsable de la connaissance et de la confiance de la marque The Macallan au sein on et off trade. Votre mission sera d’identifier la presence de la marque the Macallan et d’activer afin de stimuler l’engagement de cette cible.
Vous incarnerez The Macallan devant les principaux comptes, et serez responsable d’influencer les décideurs, ainsi que la formation et l’engagement du personnel. Il est impératif que le brand specialist incarne l’essence de la marque dans son comportement lié à l‘univers du luxe, son état d’esprit et la diffusion des messages clés de la marque.
Description de l'emploi
Au quotidien, vous serez responsable de:

- Offrir une formation sur mesure à The Macallan et renforcer la confiance à l’égard de la marque au sein des comptes prioritaires et des grossistes locaux, en inspirant et en assurant une présence à l’esprit.
- Informer régulièrement les équipes marketing et commerciales locales de la performance de The Macallan dans les circuits On et Off.
- Établir des relations et établir la confiance des principaux décideurs (p. ex., F&B, acheteurs et personnel de bar)
- Créer et mettre en place les rituels de services en lien avec la personnalité de la marque
- Collaborer avec l’équipe marketing de Macallan pour mettre en œuvre une gamme d’activations marketing et de communications conformes à l’ADN et aux objectifs de la marque
- Collaborer avec The Macallan Regional Education Manager et contribuer activement au réseau mondial d’éducation, de marketing et commercial
- Identifier les principales initiatives de développement de la marque pour The Macallan en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales locales
Compétences et l'expérience

Vous serez un penseur créatif avec un esprit commercial, avec une expérience antérieure dans le commerce, des rôles d’ambassadeur de la marque et / ou dans le luxe. Un communicant naturel, vous serez en mesure d’influencer, de recommander et d’inspirer les conversations et vous serez autonome et hautement organisé. Une passion pour le whisky, ou l’industrie des spiritueux, serait avantageuse.
