Our mission is to disrupt the treatment of cerebral aneurysm by transforming a mainly emergency pathology (Hemorrhagic stroke) into a preventive approach.

In this objective, we developed a proprietary software suite combining AI and Digital twin technologies.

The Sim&Size software is a Class II medical device with CE mark and FDA clearance that has already been used to treat more than 15,000+ patients in 500+ hospitals in more than 40+ countries and we are continuing to increase our global footprint.

**Mission**

As the Senior Director/VP Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies, ensuring our brand is recognized as a leader in the neurovascular field. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products, drive customer acquisition, and help achieving revenue targets. In this leadership position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, Product Management, and Clinical & Medical Affairs, to ensure alignment and maximize market penetration.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to position our company and products as leaders in the neurovascular field.
- Lead the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, product sheets, white papers, and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights, and utilize this information to drive product positioning and messaging.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team (Product Marketing - Digital Marketing - Event Marketing), providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Drive the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including website optimization, product marketing, content marketing, event management, social media, and online advertising.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and measuring ROI on marketing investments.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with Product Development and Clinical Affairs teams to gather customer insights and integrate them into product roadmap planning and development processes.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing leadership roles within the medical device, healthcare industry, or in software industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex medical concepts to various audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
- Experience in digital marketing, including content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Fluency in English
