Vos missions

Rattaché(e) à l’Account Manager, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • L’animation commerciale d’un réseau de points de vente
  • Le pilotage du chiffre d’affaires des points de vente
  • L’optimisation du réseau de magasin en fonction des objectifs nationaux
  • Le management des équipes commerciales et leur accompagnement sur le terrain
  • La mise en place des opérations commerciales
  • La gestion du Trade Marketing
  • La réalisation des reportings de l’activité
  • Le suivi de la satisfaction des clients et la mise en place d’actions appropriées
Vos compétences
  • Vous possédez une expérience d’au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire dans retail et la vente
  • Vous avez une expérience dans le secteur de la beauté et des cosmétiques
  • Vous possédez des compétences en vente et management
  • Bon communiquant, vous êtes à l’aise avec la relation client
  • Anglais professionnel
