Notre mission ?

Benjamin a lancé Scalability en 2021 avec la conviction que toute entreprise B2B doit développer son chiffre d’affaires grâce à un canal automatisable, prédictible et rentable : l’outbound.

L'ambition de Scalability est de devenir le leader européen de l’accompagnement outbound en générant toujours plus de revenus pour nos clients.

Comment ?

Nous aidons les équipes sales et marketing à générer des meetings qualifiés pour leurs commerciaux en utilisant :

  • Notre expertise outbound développée par nos consultants (et +10 millions d’emails envoyés)
  • Notre technologie développée en interne (warehouse, reverse ETL, waterfall enrichment, identification d’intents…)

Nous accompagnons aujourd’hui +100 SaaS et entreprises de service comme Pennylane, PlayPlay, Morning, Le Wagon, Work With Island et bien d’autres encore

Ton équipe :

  • Victor : Co-fondateur et COO de Scalability, il chapote les opérations en interne. C'est lui qui pourra t'aider à te projeter à long terme chez Scalability
  • Étienne : 1er employé et Growth team lead de Scalability, ce sera ton manager et la personne qui te formera à ton arrivée
  • Les consultants (Arthur, Alexis, Paul, Theo, William, Theo) : ils ont tous plusieurs années d'expériences en Growth dans les plus belles scaleups françaises et ils pourront aussi te transmettre leurs best practices :)
  • Jeremy Goillot (ex VP Growth de Spendesk), advisor chez Scalability, qui pourra t'aider à débloquer des situations et à booster tes performances.

Vos missions

Tes missions 🎯

  • Construire des stratégies et des segmentations sur-mesure pour nos clients
  • Écrire des copywritings sur différents canaux (email, linkedin, voicemail...)
  • Créer des batchs de data pour les campagnes des clients (segmentation avec du SQL, cleaning de la data sur google sheet...)
  • Gérer les enjeux ops de nos différents clients (création de workflows d'automatisation sur N8n, gestion CRM..)
  • Analyser les résultats des campagnes pour apporter un maximum de valeur aux clients (reporting weekly, analyse monthly...)
  • Gérer la relation client avec tes propres clients

Ton évolution 🌱

  • Le 1er mois : Dès ton arrivée, tu seras formé par Etienne (Stratégie, Copywriting, SQL, N8n, Gsheet...) et tu pourras t'entraîner en accompagnant les différents consultants seniors de l'équipe.
  • Le 3ème mois : Tu seras indépendant dans ton travail et tu auras tes premiers clients que tu pourras gérer en autonomie. On te fera confiance à 100% et Etienne t'aidera à passer un nouveau cap sur la relation client (avec des CEO/CMO/ directeur commercial)
  • À la fin de ton stage : Tu auras passé de nombreux cap d'un point de vue professonniel et on te proposera un CDI pour qu'on puisse travailler ensemble sur du long terme

  • Tu es en dernière année d’une top école d'ingénieur / de commerce
  • Tu as un bon "sens business" : tu comprends rapidement les business et les enjeux métiers
  • Tu as une appétence pour la data et pour les chiffres/les analyses
  • Tu recherches une expérience où tu pourras apprendre des compétences concrètes
  • Tu cherches une entreprise qui aura confiance en ton travail et qui te donnera des responsabilités
  • Tu es motivé et plein d'ambitions pour le futur de ta carrière

Déroulé des entretiens

1. Un premier appel de 30 minutes avec notre Chief of Staff pour pour se présenter et voir si nos attentes respectives sont compatibles

2. Une étude de cas en asynchrone pour en savoir plus sur tes compétences et sur ta motivation

3. Un dernier meeting avec Victor (Co-fondateur et COO) pour en savoir plus sur tes motivations et t'expliquer la vision de Scalability. Ce sera aussi l'occasion de rencontrer l'équipe autour d'un déjeuner ou d'un verre :)
