Who You Are:
- An 10+ years experienced cash manager
- Proven and successful experiences in cash management, including FX management, with undisputed technical capabilities.
- Proven and successful Treasury Management Systems utilization, evolution and maintenance.
- Proven and successful experience in leading projects (defining targets, ways to go and motivating teams to reach the targets)
- Strong knowledge in accountings for treasury and FX operations, with a good capacity to share and transmit this knowledge.
- You are rigorous in terms of processes and compliance requirements.
- You must be a “doer”, with a capacity to envision what must be delegated and what must be done by you.
- Capacity to dialogue convincingly and peacefully with other stakeholders (colleagues, external auditors, banks, etc.)
- Capacity to think out of the box, to imagine changes and be patient but determined.
- Hard worker and calm.
What You’ll Do:
- You will take part to the effective daily cash management of the Group, supporting the operational team, using Kyriba.
- Supervise and manage the cash management team, including the US/London team.
- Propose optimisations in cash management operations
- Propose written procedures
- Meet banks when needed
- Liaise with the accounting & consolidation department
- You may make FX operations to hedge FX risks in the group (mostly forwards and swaps) under the FXALL application, in the case the FX manager needs some support.
- You will also be a key person for the maintenance (and developments if any) for Kyriba
WhatitTakes:
- You must have undisputed and successful experiences in managing cash (inter company financing, cash investment, balancing accounts, cash pooling/cash centralization)e and FX operations
- Real knowledge in accountings for treasury operations (including IFRS treatment of FX operations)
- Experience in using Treasury Management System (Kyriba in our case)
- Kindness, patience, ability to explain and educate.
- Strong motivation and no fear to innovate.
