Our delivery model is based on autonomous project teams — composed of a Product Manager, developers, and a designer — supported by a central Delivery & Staffing direction. We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to strengthen project quality and ensure seamless delivery within an agile, human-centered framework.If you’re a tech-savvy profile, passionate about delivery and client relationships — and you love structuring, facilitating, and helping teams grow — this role is for you.Your MissionYour Mission You will act as the conductor of delivery, ensuring project success both for the client and for the team. Reporting directly to the Delivery Director, you will be supported in structuring best practices and driving project success.ResponsibilitiesLead project delivery: planning, quality, risks, budget, forecasting, and profitability — ensuring clear, transparent communication throughout.Foster team dynamics: run agile rituals, maintain optimal pace, lead steering committees, and provide consolidated reporting (progress, risks, KPIs, financials).Collaborate with technical experts to define the technical vision, align cost/value trade-offs with the PM/PO, and ensure delivery consistency with client objectives and budget.Build and maintain healthy client relationships: ensure operational follow-up, manage sensitive situations with diplomacy and assertiveness, anticipate issues, and identify new opportunities.Manage scope and contractual aspects (change control) to secure project quality, compliance, and profitability.Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practices with the Delivery Director.Qualifications5–10 years of experience in digital or technical project management, delivery management, or scrum masteringExperience managing IT projects with a solid technical foundation (development or integration)Strong command of project life cycles and delivery processesAbility to coordinate application projects in multi-stakeholder environmentsGood understanding of application architectures, able to read and challenge designs or codeStrong writing skills for functional specs, reporting, and synthesisExcellent understanding of software development principles (Agile, CI/CD, cloud)Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership styleAbility to balance hands-on work and delegationProficiency in EnglishSuperpowersUnderstand code — even if you don’t write it.Anticipate rather than react.Unite teams without imposing.Make your team shine and reassure your client.Keep your eyes on results: quality, satisfaction, and delivery balance.EnvironmentOrganization in autonomous project teams, supported by a central delivery unitModern, diverse stack: JS, Java, Cloud, CI/CDTools: Jira, Notion, Slack, MiroPartial remote work possible (up to 3 days per week)Offices in the heart of Bordeaux, with a friendly, collaborative atmosphereWork-life balance: flexible remote work, sustainable pace, and a human-sized agency.
