Missions

Dans le cadre de son développement, le département recherche un(e) Consultant senior F/H avec des expériences réussies en pilotage de projets de stratégie immobilière.

Vous interviendrez sur des missions telles que :

  • Les plans de performance / optimisation de leur portefeuille.

  • Les schémas directeurs / rationalisation de leur implantation.

  • La refonte de l’organisation de Directions Immobilières ou des Services Généraux.

  • L’accompagnement dans la définition et le déploiement de Stratégie FM.

  • Les stratégies de valorisation (segmentation de portefeuilles, analyse de cibles investisseurs, montages juridiques et financiers).

  • Le conseil en Asset Management (diagnostic, business plan, valorisation, modélisations financières).

  • Les stratégies de développement urbain à l'échelle d'un quartier, d'une ville ou d'un territoire.

  • La Workplace Strategy.

  • L’Accompagnement au changement.

Ce poste vous attire ? Voici les profils que nous recherchons

  • Diplômé(e) d'une Ecole d’Ingénieur et/ou d’une Ecole de commerce.

  • Un plus : spécialité en Stratégie d’Entreprise, Stratégie Territoriale & Urbaine ou Management Immobilier.

  • Expérience professionnelle significative de minimum 2 ans dans le Conseil en Stratégie ou en Management.

  • Connaissance des enjeux Immobiliers.

  • Aptitude avérée dans une position de Consultant.

  • Maîtrise de la gestion de projets.

  • Excellent niveau d’anglais, maîtrise des outils bureautiques, et connaissances des solutions d’IA.

  • Autonomie, esprit d’équipe, rigueur et proactivité.

  • Culture du résultat, la qualité et la satisfaction client sont votre ADN.

  • Des connaissances en asset management et/ou finance sont un plus.
