This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments, has excellent customer service skills and enjoys bringing structure and precision to complex logistics.The role may also support additional HR administrative activities (such as employee data updates, contract preparation, or onboarding formalities).Key Responsibilities:Support the setup and management of visa systems for event staffCoordinate and maintain internal tools, email inbox and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiencyLiaise with key HBS teams and event staff to resolve visa issuesEnsure timely delivery of reports and data to internal and external partnersProvide support to the HR team on general HR administrationWhat We’re Looking For:Previous HR or operations experience in an event or project-based environmentStrong attention to detail and high competency in database use and reportingExcellent IT skills and confidence with internal toolsFlexible, customer-focused and proactive approachWho is HBS?You've probably watched a ⚽ football game at some point in your life.
