You will join a team that focuses on companies from the Learn & Care industry, interacting with HR executives to CEOs. This segment encompasses daycare centers, educational institutions, hospitals, home help services, and social work organizations. This segment represents approximately 1.9M potential members in France. Why this vertical is interesting Passionate team: 6-person team focused on the sector Diverse workforce: largely female employees with a mix of caregivers, educators, and support staff Critical challenges: administrative burden, turnover, competition for talent, and regulatory requirements Company profiles: often small structures with large employee bases and multi-employer arrangements HR priorities: attracting/retaining talent, well-being, and cost control in a regulated environment Our existing customers value Alan's simplified administrative experience and strategic partnerships in the sector. What you will do with us You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our B2B Sales team, the average sales cycle is 6 months, dealing with companies ranging from 30 to 300 employees, with an ARR of 150K€. At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless. You’ll apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to ensure a pleasant experience for prospects as part of the overall customer journey. You’ll help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base. Is it you we’re looking for? Have at least 4 years of experience managing the whole sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Proficient in French (C2+) and advanced in English. Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills. Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems. Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building. Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models. Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team. Eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1. Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon or Marseille.
