Head of CRM

CRM is key in our growth strategy since it is focused on lead conversion, member retention and reactivation. Directly reporting to our CMO, you will be responsible for our blast, automation, and transactional strategy and operation worldwide, including multi-channel campaigns (email, push app, in-app, SMS). Managing a team of 5 persons, you will work closely with local, product, sales, and data teams to find the right balance between user insights and analysis to define priorities and lead transversal projects.
Responsibilities
- Define strategic roadmap with clear success KPIs to maximize business impact.
- Build a long-term partnership with our campaign providers to participate in tool evolution and ensure we use it at their maximum.
- Handle budget and contract negotiation.
- Monitor and research trends in the CRM field to identify emerging opportunities.
- Work closely with the data team to ensure data quality, monitoring, and data model evolution to match new business needs.
- Own and develop user segmentation and content personalization to improve campaign performance.
- Coordinate automation and transactional campaign optimization and creation, fostering a test and learn method running constant AB tests.
- Supervise blast campaigns calendar and provide accurate guidelines to the local team.
- Articulate and present data analyses and learnings effectively to the team and to key stakeholders.
- Own comprehensive monthly reporting of all member engagement KPIs and build the right dashboards to track and communicate performance.
- Develop a reliable control group methodology to measure incremental revenue.
- Lead a team of 5 and growing, fostering a strong team culture aligned with HomeExchange goals and values.
- Inspire a unified vision and objectives within the team, promoting an agile and data-driven culture in an international environment.
- Make user-centricity a key driver in all decision-making processes and strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in managing CRM database and multichannel automation campaigns.
- Management experience is a plus.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools ecosystem.
- Ambitious and business-oriented: committed, proactive, you like to see impacts of your actions.
- Strong analytical skills; AB test methodology has no secret for you.
- Data-driven: you don’t do because you feel it but because you have observed and analyzed.
- Strong leadership and a great team player: you like to federate people around a common objective and make it happen; you have convictions and like to share those to get feedback to make those evolve.
- Real problem solver.
- Very good French and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Want to take part in an entrepreneurial project with a positive impact.
