Atlantis RH cherche pour un client, entreprise générale, intervenant sur des projets d’envergure (100/200 M€ de travaux) un Project Director – Luxe (H/F) sur la région de Nice.
Vos missions :- Gérer et superviser les chantiers de construction pour les nouveaux projets de construction et de rénovation.
- Coordonner les activités sur le site et s'assurer que toutes les disciplines directement impliquées dans le projet sont en phase avec les objectifs du projet.
- Superviser et orienter tous les entrepreneurs, sous-traitants et fournisseurs lors de l'exécution de travaux en veillant au respect des normes de qualité.
- Assurer la liaison entre les ingénieurs, les architectes et les autres personnes travaillant sur le projet.
- Préparer et gérer les estimations, les budgets, les calendriers et les ressources.
- Identifier, atténuer et suivre de manière proactive les problèmes récurrents liés à la construction.
- Respecter les réglementations légales et les exigences en matière de construction et de sécurité.
- Collaborer avec les architectes, les ingénieurs et d'autres spécialistes, et engager des sous-traitants et des ouvriers à temps plein et à temps partiel.
- Ingénieur de formation, vous avez une expérience préalable réussie en tant que chef de projet.
- Expérience dans un environnement de passation de marchés rapide et pratique.
- Capacité à établir la confiance avec les parties prenantes et à construire des relations stables et durables.
- Capacité à lire et à interpréter des plans de construction.
- Expérience de la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Bilingue Anglais.
