Senior Data Analyst

RightHand, a company specializing in digital talent acquisition, is partnering with a fast-growing French start-up that empowers its publisher partners by offering diverse ad formats (Video, Display, Native) to enhance and maximize ad placement monetization. We are searching for a Senior Data Analyst who will play a critical role in supporting key strategic decisions that drive the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, process, and analyze relevant data to identify optimization opportunities with partners (SSP, DSP, Publishers).
• Generate actionable insights and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Leverage experience in a programmatic advertising environment to improve campaign efficiency and outcomes.
• Contribute to the brand’s international expansion by delivering analytical support for strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and actively participate in partner meetings, such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Ensure efficient troubleshooting and resolution of challenges as they arise.
• Represent the company in industry events and networks (e.g., Ratecard, IAB).
• Collaborate on the development of technical specifications to improve data collection and analysis processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
As a Data Analyst, you will engage with multiple teams within the organization to ensure data-driven decisions across departments:
• Development Team: Work closely to streamline data access and support data modeling for easier interpretation and usage.
• Finance, Sales, and Management Teams: Provide insights and reports that empower informed decision-making across all levels.
