Job Summary We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead our project delivery operations in France while contributing to delivery excellence across EMEA. Purpose & Responsibilities Lead Delivery & Projects Own delivery oversight for client engagements in France Ensure Statements of Work are clear, well‑scoped, and aligned with our standards Support Project Managers with staffing, resource allocation, and risk management Step in to manage key projects when needed Drive Client Satisfaction Act as the main escalation point for clients and help secure smooth engagement execution Partner with Sales in France and EMEA as a Subject Matter Expert to shape and secure deals Ensure a consistent, high‑quality client experience across all projects Monitor feedback and lead improvement initiatives to boost Client Net Score Lead & Grow Your Team Manage a team of Project Managers, set clear goals, and coach them to success Support hiring, onboarding, and continuous development Ensure the team keeps up‑to‑date certifications, including Atlassian accreditations Enable Delivery Excellence Apply and uphold EMEA delivery standards and frameworks Partner closely with the Delivery Director France and act as deputy when required Collaborate with EMEA peers to harmonise best practices and optimise operations Manage Financial Performance Monitor project financials, resource forecasts, and margin performance Validate estimates and ensure projects remain on track and profitable Contribute to Continuous Improvement Lead or support internal initiatives to evolve tools, processes, and ways of working Bring forward ideas to enhance delivery quality, efficiency, and collaboration Your Team and Partners Delivery Director France (line manager) Project Managers Consulting teams Sales (France & EMEA) Practice teams People & Culture, Finance, and Delivery Managers across EMEA Job Requirements Experience in project or delivery management within Professional Services or tech environments Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive delivery excellence Comfort working in an international, fast‑moving environment Fluent English; French is a strong asset Role is based in Paris with offices in the 16th arrondissement Flexible hybrid working model, allowing balance between office and remote work Benefits Sense – we’re committed to giving you the level of information you need to make sense of your assignments and witness the impact of your actions Training – we provide you with the necessary time and budget to develop your skills and build your career Flexibility – we offer flexibility and support to help you maintain balance across the different pillars of your life Opportunities for leadership impact, consulting excellence, and shaping the future of our practice Valiantys is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
