As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our users have the best experience possible with Fleet. Our mission is to guarantee an exceptional customer experience in a context of rapid growth and international expansion.At the heart of our ecosystem, this role will enable you to work closely with several departments within the company, including product, marketing and sales.Your Mission :Ensure customer satisfaction : You will be the first point of contact for our B2B customers, using our Zendesk tool. Your role will be crucial in building customer loyalty and minimising churn.International customer strategy strategy and processes : Implementing effective processes to guarantee an impeccable level of service (automation, action plans, etc.) in all our countries.Interacting with our worldwide customers and partners: Our presence extends from Europe to the United States, and you will be in charge of customer support interactions in these markets (and more to come).Quality monitoring : Analysing KPIs and user feedback to measure and continually improve the quality of our service.Support on major projects : You will provide your help and expertise on projects that will have a significant impact on our growth and our service.Your ProfileYou have exceptional writing skills, with impeccable spelling and grammar. You are also comfortable communicating orally and by phone.You are French native speaker and you have a good English level - another language such as Spanish or German is a plus.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - other languages such as Spanish, French, German are a plusInitial experience with customer service tools such as Zendesk would be ideal.You are "Customer Centric", you want to find the best solution for the customer and meet their needs.You have excellent customer relations skills and are able to create and maintain relationships based on trust.You're dynamic, innovative and interested in the start-up and e-commerce ecosystem.You can keep your cool in all circumstances and are able to tackle problems in a structured way.Your ChanceThe best investment you can make is in yourself. - Warren Buffett, Chairman and CEO of Berkshire HathawayAt Fleet, we create win-win situations .
