Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations around the world, to align on strategy and execution. The company is founder‑led, profitable and growing. We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams globally, including our sales development representative (SDR) teams. Our SDRs are typically outstanding graduates from STEM fields who would like to join the software industry and are starting their sales career at Canonical. You will enjoy this role if you are organised, persistent, analytical, hard‑working, and care to ensure that smart and ambitious people learn and develop the skills they need to represent your company in outstandingly well over the course of their career. You should be determined to grow your own skills as well as those of your team and enjoy learning about new technologies. In this role your primary objective is to manage and mentor a successful team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs, maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline, and develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, high empathy and a rigorous work ethic.
