You will oversee legal matters — particularly contractual — related to Betclic’s activities in France and participate in coordinating the group’s operational marketing strategies across markets. Your Role Within Betclic Review, draft, and negotiate all types of contracts (sponsorship, brand ambassador, partnership, affiliate, etc.) and other legal documents related to the company’s operations. Oversee contract execution in close collaboration with the marketing teams. Provide legal support for group projects and advise teams on all legal matters. Supervise communication strategies and the organization of promotional operations (national campaigns) in collaboration with the compliance teams. Ensure the legal framework and compliance of promotional operations and related communications (legal notices, contest rules, visual approvals, IP, etc.). Maintain and ensure the compliance of the website’s terms and conditions. Contribute to the management of international cross-functional marketing projects. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments applicable to the company’s activities (advertising and media law, IP, consumer law, etc.). Manage and work closely with external counsel on any pre-litigation matters. Contribute to training and raising awareness among marketing teams regarding legal and regulatory constraints related to our activities.
