Job Description
As a Floor Manager at Weekday, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service
- Manage inventory and maintain a high level of stock levels
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
