Key Responsibilities
- Design complex solutions during the sales process.
- Collaborate with sales, solution architect, and product team to architect and demo solutions that meet customer needs.
- Identify key benefits for customers and scope technical solutions to address their requirements.
- Configure demo platforms to create a compelling experience.
- Support sales and product in building strategies to close deals.
- Produce detailed technical design and workflow documentation.
- Prepare and attend trade shows and industry conferences to increase industry and product knowledge.
- Document market trends and customer requests for product management.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in building complex software solutions for the M&E industry.
- Strong understanding of workflows and technology in the M&E market.
- Technical knowledge: Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon Web Services, groovy scripting, XML, SQL, storage, virtualization, network, and API-based development.
- Project management tools and techniques required.
- Good communication, organizational, synthesis, and writing skills.
- Positive attitude, high energy, attention to detail, and ability to drive projects.
- Fluent French and English.
