Position Overview & Responsibilities
This position serves as the EMEA Brand Sales Manager, overseeing all partner sales activities across the EMEA region while addressing local customer requirements. The individual will play a crucial role in facilitating sales initiatives from pre-sales to customer support and additional sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter capable of managing various projects and responsibilities. The primary focus will be to assist Value-Added Resellers (VARs) in qualifying prospects and conducting demonstrations throughout the sales cycle. The Sales Leader will support all sales and pre-sales activities with educational resources, including videos and training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders. Participation in regular meetings with regional leaders and VARs will also be expected.
Additional objectives will be established to enhance sales performance, including acquiring new clients and upselling to existing customers.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred knowledge of ERP systems for manufacturing
- Expertise in the manufacturing sector, ideally with experience in EnterpriseIQ or similar ERP/MES systems, along with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proficient in conducting sales demonstrations and providing sales support using the LEVERAGE methodology, serving as a long-term sales consultant
- Strong technical knowledge of machine processing and cost analysis
- Ability to design solution architectures that support successful sales
- Multilingual capabilities - required: English and Spanish; preferred: Turkish, Italian, French
