Nuclear Division Director

The Head of Nuclear BU will be responsible for leading the Engineering and PMO of the Nuclear Department within the Final Control Group in Cernay, France.

This role involves driving strategic development, ensuring alignment with Flow Control France's goals and Nuclear Safety standards. The ideal candidate will lead management processes to deliver nuclear projects at top performance levels, taking ownership of the department's financial performance, including P&L responsibilities.

• Prioritizing Safety: Ensuring compliance with Nuclear Safety standards and promoting a strong safety culture.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent technical leadership experience. Proven experience in a senior project management role within a complex manufacturing environment (such as automotive, aerospace, or a similar industry) is essential.

Strong technical expertise in product and production management is required, along with solid financial knowledge, with a focus on management control. Proficiency in MS Office tools and applications is also necessary.

A fluency in French and English is mandatory, and advanced education in Business or an MBA would be beneficial. Background in an international matrix organization and proficiency in production management systems (ERP) and related tools are preferred qualifications.
