STRATUS is seeking a skilled Back-end Developer to contribute to our innovative web applications. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side components that power our digital products.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable and efficient server-side applications using cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, leveraging your expertise in server-side logic and integration.
- Maintain and enhance existing web applications through code reviews and improvements, ensuring high performance and minimal downtime.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices, and conduct troubleshooting and debugging as needed.
- Proven experience as a Back-end Developer or similar role in software development, with a strong understanding of server-side languages such as Python, Java, or Ruby.
- Experience with database technologies like SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, and familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Understanding of version control systems, especially Git, and ability to write secure, efficient, and scalable code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a passion for coding and a drive to tackle new challenges.
