Nous recherchons un(e) vendeur(se) passionné(e) et dynamique pour notre rayon fruits et légumes en grande distribution. En tant que vendeur(se) fruits et légumes, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la mise en valeur et la gestion de ce rayon, en veillant à offrir un service client de qualité et à garantir la fraîcheur et la présentation attrayante des produits.

MISIÓN :
  • Mise en Rayon :
    • Assurer la réception, le contrôle, et la mise en place des produits frais dans le rayon fruits et légumes.
    • Maintenir une présentation attractive et ordonnée des produits pour maximiser les ventes.
    • Veiller à la rotation des produits en respectant les normes de fraîcheur et de qualité.
  • Vente et Conseil Client :
    • Accueillir et conseiller les clients sur le choix des produits, leurs caractéristiques, et leurs modes de conservation.
    • Répondre aux questions des clients et offrir un service personnalisé pour fidéliser la clientèle.
  • Gestion des Stocks :
    • Participer à la gestion des commandes et à la réception des marchandises.
    • Contrôler la qualité des produits et veiller à éviter les pertes.
  • Hygiène et Sécurité :
    • Appliquer les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
    • Nettoyer et entretenir les étals, les outils, et l'espace de travail.
  • Animation et Promotion :
    • Mettre en avant les promotions et nouveautés du rayon fruits et légumes.
    • Participer à des animations et dégustations pour attirer et informer la clientèle.
PROFIL :
Expérience :
  • Minimum d'un an d'expérience en vente, idéalement dans un rayon fruits et légumes ou en grande distribution. Cette expérience est essentielle pour garantir une connaissance approfondie des produits et un service client efficace.


Formation :
  • Un diplôme en vente ou commerce est apprécié mais pas obligatoire. L'expérience pratique et la passion pour le métier sont privilégiées.


Compétences :
  • Bonnes compétences en service client et vente.
  • Connaissance des produits frais et des techniques de mise en rayon.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer les priorités dans un environnement dynamique.


Mobilité :
  • La possession d'un véhicule personnel est un plus, mais pas indispensable si le lieu de travail est accessible par les transports en commun.
